For particularly complex or challenging cases, NWA Pathology works with leading academic medical centers and cancer centers to obtain additional consultation when appropriate. Our collaborative relationships include institutions such as MD Anderson Cancer Center, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and UAMS, among others.

Our model is straightforward: keep the primary pathology relationship local while reaching nationally and internationally recognized experts when a case requires additional expertise. When patients move between healthcare systems, having a pathology group that serves multiple facilities can help maintain continuity and facilitate timely access to prior pathology diagnoses, specimens, ancillary testing, and clinical information.
