Pathologist | Hematopathology
Dr. Arianna B. Morton, DO, is a fellowship-trained pathologist with specialized expertise in hematopathology, anatomic pathology, and clinical pathology. She completed her pathology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, where she developed a broad foundation in diagnostic pathology before pursuing advanced fellowship training in Hematopathology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Dr. Morton's academic background includes a strong interest in complex diagnostic problems involving hematologic and infectious diseases. Her scholarly work has appeared in peer-reviewed medical literature, including publications addressing acute promyelocytic leukemia, infectious disease, antimicrobial susceptibility, and rare neoplasms. Her research contributions demonstrate an interest in integrating morphologic evaluation with ancillary laboratory and molecular studies to establish challenging diagnoses.
Her published work has included contributions to the evaluation of cryptic genetic abnormalities in acute promyelocytic leukemia, as well as case-based investigations of rare tumors such as primary adrenal angiosarcoma. This academic experience complements her clinical training and provides a strong foundation for the diagnosis and classification of complex hematolymphoid disorders.
At Northwest Arkansas Pathology Associates, Dr. Morton brings her advanced hematopathology training and academic perspective to the diagnostic evaluation of patient specimens. Her expertise supports accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful diagnoses, particularly in complex hematologic and oncologic cases.
